Long Elowen

The Long Elowen evolved from the original Elowen Chandelier, keeping its wild, organic character but extending the form to suit longer spaces such as kitchen islands and dining tables. Created in collaboration with decorative artist Pierre-Yves Morel, whose marbled painted beads bring rich detail, it features metalwork from Sarah Peake’s London workshop and hand blown glass shades made in Dorset.

The Design

Every part of the chandelier is handcrafted, with brass branches joined to glass shades by adjustable ball and socket joints so each light can be angled. The beads are made in Belgium by Pierre-Yves Morel and hand painted in swirled milk white, with every piece unique. Though marble like in appearance, they are light and versatile. A colourful version is also available in gilt, sea green, teal blue and off white tones.

Meet The Maker

Pierre-Yves Morel

Pierre-Yves Morel trained in painting at the Strasbourg School of Decorative Arts before specialising in decorative painting at the Van der Kelen-Logelain Institute in Brussels. His practice moves between private interiors and object-making, where traditional techniques are reimagined to create contemporary forms.
