GRADE II LISTED HISTORIC HOUSE
Working in collaboration with Stedman Blower Architects and a wider team of consultants, Studio Peake led the creative direction for the renovation and extension of this historic Grade-II listed, Philip Webb house. Our vision shaped every element of the project from before planning, ensuring a cohesive blend of sensitive restoration and contemporary design.
The architecture balances respect for the original Arts and Crafts building with a fresh use of materials in the new extension. Building on this dialogue, we developed an interior scheme centred on warmth and craft, using a nuanced mix of pattern, colour, and texture to bring character and comfort to every space.
The result is a beautifully layered family home that honours its heritage while embracing a modern, inviting spirit, guided throughout by Studio Peake’s holistic creative direction.
