This Georgian cottage in Vauxhall was Studio Peake's first full house project and remains especially meaningful. Rich in period detail and draped in wisteria, it offered a strong architectural base, approached with careful restoration and respect for original features. The building's character guided the design, with updates made to support modern family life without losing charm.

Reclaimed and antique furniture was layered with selected contemporary pieces to create a timeless, lived in feel. The client's art collection shaped the schemes, informing colour and texture throughout. Designed for a young family, the house balances practicality with warmth and personality, and began a long running creative collaboration.
